The second biggest Cunard liner ever built after ‘big sister’ Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria will visit Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Port Douglas in February 2008 as part of her inaugural 106-night world voyage. The 1980-passenger liner will be the youngest cruise liner ever to visit Australia.
The 24-night leg from LA to Sydney on Queen Victoria’s first world voyage will take guests to Honolulu, Pago Pago in American Samoa, Lautoka in Fiji and Auckland, Napier and Wellington in New Zealand before heading to Melbourne and then Sydney.
